The Corporate IT Forum
Executive Director of the Corporate IT Forum
Joanna has been working for the CITF since 2007. She gained experience in a number of roles before becoming Executive Director in 2014. Her mission is to ensure that the Forum's members have access to the most effective platforms where they can exchange ideas, knowledge and experiences.
Reflecting the views and opinions she personally collected from CITF members, Joanna lead the Forum's Education and Skills Committee, which successfully campaigned for a change in the curriculum for IT in schools to meet today's business needs.
She is now actively involved in campaigning for improved gender balance in technology and helping young women to advance their career, working alongside the Forum's Gender Balance Group.
Prior to joining the Corporate IT Forum, Joanna worked for companies, including Coca-Cola Services and Sony, establishing their Human Resources and Learning and Development functions in Poland.
She holds two master's degrees, in Law and Islamic Studies, and is the author of a Polish Human Resources handbook, "Poradnik Kadrowca".
Most of all, Joanna loves to expand her breadth of knowledge and develop her depth of experience.
