This webinar will discuss the benefits of taking a strength-based approach to your personal skillset. Often we tend to view our skillsets in terms of what we feel we need to work on most – which are often our weaknesses. It is arguable, however, that taking this approach can often lead to personal disappointment and lack of motivation as you try to improve at something that does not come naturally to you.

Helen believes, with evidence, that we need to be focussing on improving our strengths. Not only does this make us happier and more fulfilled, but it causes organisations to work better because its staff are performing better. In this webinar, Helen will look at how we can understand what our strengths are, the philosophy of this strengths-based approach to personal appraisal, and then how to make the business case for it. This webinar will also include an interview with CITF’s event manager, Will Pemberton, as we go into his strengths.
