Consider the types of planning that may be going on in your organisation: project financial planning, annual planning, strategic planning, capacity planning, road mapping, and more. When complexity and the need for speed increase, planning deficiencies become magnified. The key is continuous planning for business agility. This requires setting the foundation with demand management for prioritisation of key programmes and initiatives and creating an optimised top-down strategic plan.

In this webinar, we'll outline the different types of planning activities that may be happening within your company, what steps to take to have a more proactive role in all aspects of planning, and what the benefits of a continuous and agile approach to planning can mean for your organisation.

Join us to learn how to map out and shift the course of your organisation's planning strategy that will enable you to take the right actions to successfully drive enterprise-wide strategic delivery.
