Scaling agile within your organisation

As agile success grows, there is an increased desire to use agile in more parts of the organisation and on larger initiatives. "Agile Transformation" is appearing in more and more companies’ strategic plans. Transformation heightens the need for organisational visibility, strategic alignment, funding, and accountability. Traditional portfolio management imposes a standard, one-size fits all approach. This inevitably leads to conflict since much of the benefit of agile comes from empowering work delivery teams to find the right processes and methods.

In this session, come learn about an alternative approach and how Planview can help scale agile delivery by connecting empowered lean-agile delivery teams with lean portfolio management.
