Coaching is an often underutilised skill by managers and leaders, instead outsourced to external coaches. The regular coaching that a manager or colleague can provide has huge potential to improve the productivity and abilities of the individual being coached drives significant possiblities for growing the productivity and abilities of the individual being coached, and therefore should not be overlooked as a skill to be used. Becoming a great coach, however, is not a simple task.
